Here's your special invitation to join CM coaches Bosse Landberger and Andrew ‘The Pisco Kid’ Aldercotte for a ski adventure in Banff, Canada this spring. Here’s everything you need to know:
Where: We’ll be staying at the iconic Banff Springs Fairmont Hotel in Alberta, Canada, in the stunning Canadian Rockies. Skiing will be at either Sunshine Village or Lake Louise, or both, depending on where the snow conditions are best. (Check out the trail maps here!)
When: We will meet in Calgary on May 9th, 2020 for an opening cocktail (place and time to be determined). Skiing days will be May 10th through 15th.
Who: We are giving booking priority to our favorite CM graduates, so this will effectively be a CM Guided Ski Adventure.
What’s Included:
- 6 nights of accommodation (1 night in Calgary and 5 in Banff).
- Transportation (including pick-up at airport on the 9th, transfer to Banff, and shuttles to skiing).
- Opening Cocktail and Breakfasts
- Closing dinner on the last night.
- Great company!
Options for You:
Meals: Options for dinner include 7 high-quality restaurants at the Banff Springs Hotel and more dining options in the town of Banff, within a 15-minute walk.
Ski Passes: Ikon pass holders are eligible for up to 7 days of skiing at Banff area resorts. Spring season passes with access to both areas sell for under $500 CAD (~$375 USD). Other ticket options will be available from the hotel concierge.
Golf: The Banff Springs Golf Course has one of the most stunning views of any course in the world. Again the hotel concierge can arrange tee times or you can contact the golf course directly. Johnny C may come so he can say he skied and golfed in the same day.
Ski Instruction: This is a guided ski adventure with a great crew of people. Bo and Pisco are always happy to give some advice, and for those enrolled in CM certification tracking, there will be opportunities to get tasks signed off, but the Banff area resorts do not allow us to instruct on their mountains.

* - To secure the early booking rate for you, we need a deposit for the corresponding amount shown above (~1/3 of the total price). Deposits are refundable until March 15th. If we have to cancel the trip for any reason (such as undersubscription), we will refund the full value of the deposit. If we do not receive a deposit from you by March 15th, we won’t be able to guarantee you a room at the early rate, and you may have to pay the late rate if you still wish to partake.
