Skiing

I have voluntarily applied to participate in a Tough Love membership with access to video examples of skiing. I understand that the sport of skiing poses risks of injury that are my responsibility. I assume these risks, including the risk posed by loss of control and collisions with other skiers or snowboarders, trees, rocks, racing gates and manmade obstacles, whether they are obvious or not obvious.

I agree as consideration for being permitted to participate in the Tough Love membership program not to sue John Clendenin, Clendenin Productions LLC, the Aspen Skiing Company, the Aspen Club & Spa, the Park City Mountain Resort, Steamboat Ski Resort, Intrawest, Beaver Creek Resort, Vail Resorts, Inc., the U.S. Forest Service, Portillo, Portillo owners, Portillo staff, camp organizers, staff, coaches, sponsors, and any of the associated officers, agents or employees for injury or death resulting from participation in the ski or snowboard days and related activities, regardless of the cause, including negligence.

Privacy

Clendenin Productions will not share or sell any personal information obtained from users with any other organization or government agency except as required by law.

This blog does not gather information about you, other than information automatically collected and stored when you visit or comment on our website unless you choose to provide that information to us.

Members of this website agree that Tough Love movement analyses including videos of themselves may appear in portions of this website available to other members. Tough Love movement analysis videos may be available for download by other members.
